John Tan is a Malaysian writer who writes about music, movies, pop culture, lifestyle, and personal stories. 

To date, his writings have appeared in various notable publications. To name a few, his work has been graciously featured on Star Newspaper, The Sundaily, Elephant Journal, Leaderonomics, Hello Poetry, and Hype Malaysia.

In addition, John also had the opportunity to work as a copywriter for several clients. Some of them include Dumex Mamil and Jungle House, a small startup that specialises in honey making. 

As for his qualifications, John is a Media graduate from the University of Sunderland, who majored in Public Relations (Upper second class honours).
